Refund & Return Policy for BRETT AUTOSALES

At BRETT AUTOSALES, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every vehicle sold meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. This Refund & Return Policy outlines our guidelines regarding vehicle purchases, deposits, and returns.


1. Vehicle Sales (New & Used)

  • All vehicle sales are considered final once the purchase agreement is signed and the vehicle has been delivered to the customer.
  • Because vehicles are registered, titled, and subject to depreciation upon delivery, we cannot offer cash refunds or traditional returns on sold vehicles.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits placed to reserve a vehicle are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of payment.
  • If the customer is unable to complete the purchase, the deposit may be applied as store credit toward another vehicle within 30 days (management approval required).

3. Financing & Loan Cancellations

  • Once financing is approved and a contract is signed, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Customers should carefully review loan terms and monthly payment obligations before signing.

4. Vehicle Condition & Warranty

  • All vehicles are inspected before delivery. Customers are encouraged to review and test drive vehicles prior to purchase.
  • For used cars, vehicles are sold “as-is”, unless a warranty or service contract is explicitly included in writing.
  • If a warranty is provided, warranty claims must follow the terms outlined in the warranty agreement.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or exchanges may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Failure to Deliver: If BRETT AUTOSALES cannot deliver the purchased vehicle.
  • Misrepresentation: If the vehicle delivered is substantially different from what was agreed upon in the sales contract.
  • Legal Requirement: If required by applicable consumer protection laws.
